Natural Food Finder is a free online directory of natural, organic and real food businesses across Australia. It is owned and operated by Shari Ware. The directory is provided as a community resource and is free to use for both visitors and listed businesses.

  1. Use of the directory

You may use Natural Food Finder to search for businesses, leave reviews, submit listings and engage with the community. You agree not to use this website to submit false, misleading or malicious content, harass or harm any business or individual, attempt to manipulate listings or reviews for commercial gain, or violate any applicable Australian law.

  1. Listing criteria and inclusion

Natural Food Finder lists businesses that primarily sell natural, organic, spray-free, grass-fed, free-range, chemical-free or minimally processed real food products. Inclusion in the directory is at the sole discretion of Natural Food Finder. We reserve the right to decline, remove or edit any listing at any time without notice.

Businesses cannot pay to be listed, and cannot pay to improve their position in the directory. Listings are merit-based only.

  1. Accuracy of listings

Natural Food Finder makes reasonable efforts to ensure listings are accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any listing. Business details including opening hours, addresses, contact information and product offerings change without notice. Always verify details directly with the business before visiting.

Natural Food Finder accepts no responsibility for any loss, inconvenience or expense arising from reliance on information in the directory.

  1. Reviews

Reviews submitted to Natural Food Finder are the opinions of individual community members and do not represent the views of Natural Food Finder. We moderate reviews and reserve the right to decline or remove any review that appears to be spam, a competitor attack, or otherwise not a genuine community experience.

We publish genuine reviews, including negative ones. This is intentional — community trust depends on honest information.

By submitting a review, you confirm that it reflects your genuine personal experience and that you have no undisclosed commercial relationship with the business being reviewed.

When you submit a listing to Natural Food Finder, you confirm that to the best of your knowledge the business meets our listing criteria. Submitting a listing does not guarantee inclusion — all submissions are reviewed before publication.

We reserve the right to edit listing details for accuracy, formatting or compliance with our criteria.

  1. Claiming a listing

Business owners may claim their listing by submitting a claim form. We verify claims before approving them. Approved claimants receive access to manage their listing details. Claiming a listing does not change the merit-based nature of inclusion — claimed listings remain subject to the same criteria as all other listings.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on Natural Food Finder, including text, design, logos, graphics and code, is the property of Natural Food Finder or its content providers and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.

User-submitted content (reviews, listing submissions) remains your intellectual property, but by submitting it you grant Natural Food Finder a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and display it on the website.
