Blue Lagoon Oysters is Ange and Phil’s farm gate at Boomer Bay – in their own words, a small farm gate in the heart of Boomer Bay, and the only farmgate in the state to cultivate and sell the unique native Tasmanian flat oyster, the Angasi. No restaurant, no bar, no gift shop: a grower selling straight from the farm. Verified in person by Natural Food Finder in September 2026.
