Prom Country Cheese is the Brandon family’s sheep dairy farm in the Moyarra Valley, handcrafting traditional surface ripened cheeses from sheep or cow milk, including semi-hard, blue and soft cheeses. In their own words, the cheese is always made with fresh pasture-fed milk, handled gently and un-pasteurised to preserve its natural qualities.

The farm is at 275 Andersons Inlet Rd, Moyarra. Hours aren’t published, so get in touch before visiting.
