BK Kraut is a Canberra ferment maker, started in 2019. In their own words, the sauerkraut is raw and unpasteurised, naturally fermented with vegetables, salt and time, with no added sugar or vinegar. The range includes krauts, kimchi, seasonal ferments and gut shots.

Find them at the Capital Region Farmers Market every Saturday, and at stockists including IGA Ainslie, Tom’s Superfruits, Planet Deli at the Fyshwick Markets and the Southern Harvest Produce Store.
