Gillespie's Ginger Beer

Ginger beer brewed at Bream Creek from a family recipe, bottle conditioned in the traditional way. In their own words “Gillespie’s Ginger Beer is free from preservatives and additives and made from premium ingredients : natural filtered rainwater, organic fresh ginger, Tahitian lime, lemon, native Tasmanian pepper berry leaf and sugar”. Note the organic wording applies to the ginger as an ingredient; the drink itself is not claimed as organic. Their Traditional and Extra Zing ginger beers are non-alcoholic.
