This is my local. The closest farmers market to home, and one I look forward to visiting every time I’m in town.
I hadn’t been in a few months. Travelling will do that. I went back expecting roughly what I remembered and found more. Organic and spray-free produce, organic free-range and grass-fed meat, wild-caught seafood, raw honey, organic bakery, organic pantry, low-tox home and body. Every section had grown.
A market I already loved, and now I love it even more. That’s a rare thing.
Free entry, free parking, dogs welcome, live music every week. Saturday mornings, 6am to 11am. This one’s easy to recommend.
